NOYA is excited to announce our inaugural convening taking place on Wednesday, January 20, 2027 in partnership with College Track New Orleans! The 27NOYA Convening for Youth Development Professionals: Cultivating Connection & Impact creates a dedicated space for learning, connection, and collaboration across the field of youth development for professionals, organizational leaders, youth leaders, and community stakeholders.
Call for Presenters: We are seeking colleagues in our network to serve as presenters for the 27NOYA Convening. Compelling sessions will offer practical tools, real-world examples, and bold ideas for strengthening the work of youth development professionals and, by extension, enhance the quality of life for their youth participants. Proposals should align with one or more of the four Convening tracks, which focus on essential areas for youth development organizations: 1) Executive, 2) Operations, 3) Policy & Advocacy, and 4) Programs. Join Us at the Convening: Registration is live. General tickets are $50. This includes access to all sessions, meals, and a happy hour immediately following the Convening. Organizations registering 3 to 5 representatives receive a 20% discount.
