Applications are now open for the 2026–2027 Capacity Building Institute (CBI), a highly selective 12-month program designed to strengthen nonprofit leadership, organizational effectiveness, sustainability, and long-term impact across the Greater Baton Rouge region.
Application Deadline: July 17, 2026
Through a partnership between the Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation, Louisiana Alliance for Nonprofits, and Resilia, participating organizations receive access to expert-led training, peer learning opportunities, practical tools and resources, and individualized coaching designed to help nonprofits build stronger systems, increase accountability, and maximize their community impact.
The Institute will run from August 2026 through August 2027 and will bring together a cohort of nonprofit leaders committed to growing their organizations and enhancing their effectiveness. Participants will engage in facilitated learning sessions, collaborate with peers facing similar challenges, and receive ongoing support through the Resilia platform and consulting team.
