Join the You Aren't Alone Project for a half-day Creative Wellness Retreat designed for people of all backgrounds to engage in creative expression exercises and discussions as a tool for mental health, self-care, support and solace in a safe and collaborative environment.
Spend the afternoon exploring how creativity and mental health intersect to support your overall well-being. We'll have guest artist discussions featuring art therapist Shiloh Langlois and artist and advocate Mike Weary, a mindful flow yoga practice, and a creative mental health workshop for tangible tools you can take with you and use in your daily life.
You do not have to be a practicing artist to attend. We just ask that you come with a creative mindset and an openness to the healing power of art and connection.
