Sustainability is more than just surviving—it's about thriving in a changing environment. This 90-minute in-person workshop helps nonprofit leaders understand what it takes to build a resilient organization. Participants will explore key strategies for diversifying revenue, managing risk, planning for growth, and aligning finances with mission and impact.

This session goes beyond basic financial management and provides tools to assess sustainability, make data-informed decisions, and build a long-term funding strategy.

Participants will learn how to:
• Learn how to assess and strengthen your nonprofit’s financial health.
• Explore revenue diversification, reserves, and unrestricted funding strategies.
• Understand the connection between mission, outcomes, and sustainable funding.
• Develop tools for scenario planning and sustainability assessment.

Who Should Attend: Nonprofit executive directors, financial officers, board members, and development professionals seeking to ensure long-term impact and organizational resilience.

Format: In-person, (Online for those outside of North Louisiana) 90-minute workshop with real-world examples, interactive exercises, and take-home templates to support immediate application.
