At the core of this work is the NOYA Youth Leadership Fellowship, which prepares young people ages 17–24 to take on leadership roles in the design, decision-making, implementation and evaluation phases of systems that impact their communities. Fellows engage in trainings, mentorship, and hands-on learning to explore issues like educational equity, economic justice, housing, and legal justice reform.
