_{The Rotary Club of Baton Rouge will be accepting Grant Applications for this Rotary year starting October 1st. The Rotary Club of Baton Rouge, Inc. Foundation Fund will support nonprofit organizations which work to fulfill our vision for children in the East Baton Rouge area. The proposing organizations must demonstrate that it manages its business operations and finances efficiently and wisely and that its personnel can achieve the expected results.}

_{Grant applicants should keep in mind that priority is given to projects/programs that:}

• _{Have the potential for creating systemic change that raises the quality of education so all children achieve at a higher level; or}
• _{Builds on the strengths and assets of individual organizations or institutions engaged in this process of school reform.}

_{All proposed projects or programs should:}

• _{Have a high probability of having a favorable impact on student learning}
• _{Be well defined and well managed}
• _{Be accountable by measured results}
