With many Louisiana nonprofits operating on slim budgets capacity building projects can get pushed to the backburner. Your nonprofit’s work is important. It shouldn’t be so hard to get the resources to tackle the kinds of capacity building projects that will help your organization grow and thrive!

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana partnered with the Taproot Foundation for the Team Blue Preaux Bono Day — a high impact, in-person event where talented teams of high-performing employee volunteers from BCBSLA will help six Louisiana nonprofits to develop a custom solution or set of recommendations for an organizational challenge.

They're looking for six projects in Marketing and Communications, Strategy, Human Resources, IT, or finance for their pro bono consultants to take on.

Break out that wish list and select up to two priority projects. (Pro tip: The PDF below has suggestions.)	Complete a quick online application to submit your project idea by April 24, 2024.	If chosen, show up to Baton Rouge on Tuesday, June 25. You’ll spend the event collaborating with your team to develop solutions that fit your organizational need.
