Norwela Council, Boy Scouts of America, was founded in 1923 and serves Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, DeSoto, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine, and Webster Parishes.  

MISSION: To prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

TOP GOAL: To develop more sustainable annual funding by creating a broader donor base.
