Gift-A-Lift of Louisiana, Inc., organized in 2023, although started in 2020 as a program of another nonprofit, James Samaritan. Located on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in Covington

MISSION: To provide vehicles to at-risk adults, primarily transitional youth in the Extended Foster Care system, who are working to break the cycle of poverty through education and hard work. 

TOP GOAL: To grow the impact of Gift-A-Lift by raising community awareness of our mission (in other words, get more funding and cars donated!)

A photo of us out at the Final Friday Block Party in Covington in October is attached. The kids love the race and we let the parents know about our nonprofit.
